4. Our optional Backup and Restore feature stores encrypted data on our server if you press the “Backup” function button. You do not have to use this backup feature if you do not want to. However, even if you choose to do the backup, the data is only accessed by the Restore feature, which only you can trigger by pressing the “Restore” function button.

5. It the user requests to email one of the app's reports, the report is created locally and handed off to the user's email app.

6. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

| 1. The period of guarantee is one year after delivery. If there is a defect in the item purchased, the Purchaser may have a replacement delivery. If cellHigh is unable to remedy the fault, the Purchaser has the right to demand an appropriate abatement of the purchase price. Any other claims by the Purchaser are ruled out. cellHigh is not liable for any damage that has not arisen to the item delivered itself. cellHigh is liable only for loss caused by intention and gross negligence. |
