Recording an Event

You just took a water sample or added a chemical, what do you do?

Your data will be more accurate if you record your pool sample readings or chemicals added in your tracker as soon as possible. The Pool Tracker allows for tracking of samples, pool quality, comments, and adding pool chemicals all with just a few screen taps. Enter as little or as much data as you need. Create new items, new chemicals, new pool descriptions, new equipment needed, mulitple pools, etc. in your selectable lists.

Step 1

Highlight the date of the pool entry and press the add (+) button.

Step 2

Enter the data.  If you have more than one entry in a day, don't forget to enter time specific information.

Step 3

Finally, press the “Save” button.  If you do not save before exiting, you will be asked to confirm your action.

Finding your Information

You have entered several days of data.  You want to see if you recognize any patterns so that you can try and manage your pool better.  The Pool Tracker Reports will help you do this.  The report analysis will not be useful unless you have a few pool entries entered and your data is accurate.  For accuracy, remember to record your data as soon as you can.

Step 1

Navigate to the Reports menu.

Step 2

Select the “Pool Summary” report.  This is an integral report in viewing the summary of your data. It lists your pool information for the given date range.  Since the summary report identifies your top patterns, it will be most helpful in managing your pool.

Step 3

There are several log and ratio reports to choose from.  The log reports show you your daily entries over time.
